Meet Hannah – The heart behind Our Carbon Farm
Our Carbon Farm started with a simple idea: plant trees and make a difference.

Hannah, a passionate gardener and teacher, started Our Carbon Farm because she saw the need to bridge the gap between the city and the country. She is keen for city dwellers to have the chance to be on the land and contribute to a healthy planet.
Our Carbon Farm is for people. With a background in education and international development, Hannah is dedicated to creating real, grassroots change—restoring landscapes, supporting biodiversity, and ensuring a stable climate for all.
